Return Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item is unused and the original packaging is intact. If you are passed the 30 days, or if you have a defective item, please send us an email and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

If you are outside of the US, due to the high cost of shipping internationally, we cannot accept returns and/or exchanges for any international orders at this time. If you think your item may be defective, please email griffin@bundlepup.com with your order details and a description of the issue. 

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and will not be considered for returns or exchanges. If you have a sale item that is defective, please send an email to griffin@bundlepup.com.

WARRANTY 

We stand behind our products and the quality. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will happily repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
